2017年10月25日，Kings上海国王国际高中校区开展了一场别开生面的运动会。会后，媒体社的同学们为大家精心梳理了本次运动会全程，并就校园之星——男子100米冠军获得者郑子和同学进行专访。

　　1、On October 25th, 2017, followed by the autumn sunshine and the harvest season, the annual school sports meeting was held in Yuanshen Sports Centre stadium. It was organized by mutualcooperation between Kings and I&C Foreign Language School.

　　2017年10月25日，迎着秋日的阳光，伴随着收获的季节，一年一度的校运动会是由Kings和工商外国语联合在源深体育馆召开。

　　2、At early morning each student went to the playgroundand arranged some sites, sorted clothing, laid sports equipment and was verybusy. What seemed like the silent game in the beginning turned into a livelyone all of a sudden. Kings students were also on their positions, showing fireof enthusiasm.

　　一大清早，全校师生来到了运动场，他们一到有的安排场地，有的整理服装，有的安放运动器材，忙得不亦乐乎，原本寂静的赛场一下子热闹了起来。我们全Kings的学生也各司其职，展现出了如火般的热情。

　　3、With the official start of the games, the rows of classeschanged turns. At this time the march song suddenly sounded and one class afteranother was approaching the rostrum peacefully. They were all dressed in brightcolors, had smiling faces and were swaggering with their youthful vigor andvitality.

　　随着宣布运动会的正式开始，各班的排着方阵依次入场。此时进行曲骤然响起，一个又一个班级排着整齐的队伍，踏着整齐的步伐向主席台走来。他们个个衣着鲜艳，面带笑容，昂首阔步展现出青少年特有的朝气与活力。

　　4、Followed by participants’ performance, Kingsbasketball club students showed their skills, stiffness and strong action infront of their headmasters and teachers. Student’s class leader sang a beautiful songwhich was followed by occasional loud applause of the students. The wholestadium was permeated with cheerful and enthusiastic atmosphere.

　　紧接着是个个班级的表演，我们Kings篮球社的学员们，在众人面前展示了他们千锤百炼篮球技巧，刚劲有力的动作，合着我班班长那优美动人的歌声，精彩的表演不时激起同学们的阵阵掌声，整个体育场自始自终洋溢着欢快健康的气氛。

　　5、Then the beginning of the match started and everyonewas cheering endlesslyso it made a steady stream. If you looked at the athletes on the field, youwould probably see rabbits flyingaway from one point to another which made the audience extremely excited.

　　之后就是正式的比赛开始，加油助威声彼此起伏，络绎不绝。你看那赛场上的运动员，一个个如矫兔般飞离起点，像利剑般冲向终点，引得在场的观众兴奋不已。

　　6、Zhu Lingxiao, 10A student, participated in the women's100 meters running program. Although she didn't win the first place award shewas praised and encouraged for her healthy posture and her devotion. The men's100-meter race was both exciting and inspiring.

　　我校10A同学朱凌霄，参加了女子组 一百米的跑步项目。虽然她没有赢得第一名，但是她矫健的身姿和她挥洒的汗水都被我们看在眼里，她赢得了观众的赞美和鼓励。男子100米的比赛，令人既激动又感动。

　　7、In the competition, contestants faced not onlyphysical tests but also psychological tests. We at Kings10B feel flattered becauseour classmate Zheng Zihe won a first prize for 100 meters race for men. This wasa presentation of hard work and the sports spirit of never yielding which hefinds inseparable.

　　在比赛中，选手们要面临的不仅仅是身体上的考验，更是心理上的考验。让我们感到荣幸的是，Kings10B班的学生郑子和，不负众望，顺利的拿下了全校男子组100米冠军，这与他努力拼搏，永不服输的运动精神是分不开的。

　　8、The sports meeting showed the students' youth and theconcrete practice of physical fitness and psychology. It expressedperseverance, activated life, promoted personality and energy, and gained asmiling face and sportsmanship.

　　运动会展示了学生的青春风采，考验体能与心理的具体实践。它锻炼的是毅力，激活的是生命，弘扬的是个性和青春活力，收获的是笑脸和体育精神。

　　9、All players at the sports meeting resulted with their ownstyle and carried forwardthe friendship as first and competition as second virtue. The games celebrated the glory and dreams and the race to createmore beautiful and brilliant future.

　　所有选手，在本届运动会上赛出了成绩，赛出了风格，发扬了友谊第一，比赛第二的精神，在比赛中寻觅了更多的光彩和梦想，在比赛中创造了更多的美好和辉煌!

　　Q：What was your state of mind when you declared theevent a 100 meters champion?

　　你对这次运动会宣布为100米冠军时的心理状态是怎么样的?

　　A：Well, it's normal to hear that you're happy with the award. 挺平常的吧，听到自己在获奖时还是挺开心的。

　　Q：What was the preparation for the game?

　　为这场比赛做了哪些准备呢?

　　A：I didn’t do any special training before thegame, just believing that you can do it. 在比赛前没有做什么特别的训练，只是相信自己能够做到。

　　Q：What was the most rewarding part of the competition?

　　参加这次比赛最大的收获是什么?

　　A：In this competition, I have made many friends and gained friendship. 可以在一次比赛中，交到了许多工商外的朋友，收获了友情。

　　Q：Is the competition stressful? How is it mitigated?

　　参加这次比赛压力大吗?是如何缓解的呢?

　　A：The pressure isn't particularly big, but it's still there. By warmingup before the game, let yourself relax and relieve stress. Also tell yourpartner to relax. 因为之前参加过类似的比赛，所以压力不是特别大，但还是有的。在比赛前通过一些热身运动，让自己放松，缓解压力。同时也告诉同伴要放松。

　　Q：Are you satisfied with your current strength?

　　你对自己目前的实力满不满意?

　　A：Be satisfied, but think oneself still have development space. 比较满意，但认为自己还有发展的空间。

　　Q： What do you think about the competition itself?

　　对此次比赛本身，你觉得有哪些不足?

　　A：No, I think it's a good match. 没有，我认为这次比赛举办的不错。

　　Q：How did you get into this competition?

　　你是怀着怎样的心态参加本次比赛的?

　　A：It was a chance to honor King. 觉得这是一次为Kings争光的机会。

　　Q：How did the game affect you personally?

　　这次比赛对你个人的作用?

　　A：Won an award. 获得了一个奖项。
