威力塔斯在全面实施经典教育的过程中，特别注重中国传统文化的培养，在清明节小长假即将到来之际，为了让孩子们真正了解传统节日的背景和习俗，本月field trip特别组织了西山国家森林公园踏青活动。

　　In the process of carrying out the classical education in a comprehensive way, Veritas pay special attention to the cultivation of Chinese traditional culture.In order to let children really understand the background and customs of traditional festivals when the Tomb-sweeping Day is coming, and the field trip was specially organized in Xishan National Forest Park this month.

　　四月是一年里最美好的月份，本周四终于迎来了盼望已久的field trip活动，孩子们早早地起床准备，带好老师分发的食物，兴高采烈地登上了“欢乐号”校车，向着本次春游的目的地——西山国家森林公园进发。一路上孩子们难掩兴奋的心情，用美妙的歌声表达着对这次“旅行”的憧憬和期待。本次活动由Goodson老师带队，先踩点设计行程和同学们容易参与的游戏。为了更好地完成此次出行并达成团队协作的目的，周二下午课后，全校中外教师还一起专门进行了游戏环节彩排，认真严谨的工作作风体现在威校的各个方面，为孩子们树立典范！

　　April is the best month of the year. On Thursday, the long-awaited field trip finally came. The children got up early to prepare, taking the food handed out by teachers, and happily boarded the "joy" school bus to head for the destination -- Xishan National Forest Park. Along the way, the children could hardly hide their excitement and expressed their longing and expectation for this "journey" with wonderful singing. This activity was led by Ms. Goodson, who firstly checked the design schedule and games that students can easily participate in. In order to complete this trip successfully and achieve the purpose of teamwork,on Tuesday afternoon, the whole school Chinese and foreign teachers have specially carried out a rehearsal of the game link together,and we can see the serious and rigorous work style is reflected from all aspects of the school, setting a good example for our children!

　　集体去西山国家森林公园踏青赏景，完成团队游戏，沐浴在春光山色中，温暖舒畅，青春无敌。有家长在群里说：春秋游是学生时代最美好的回忆！的确如此，看孩子们个个青春洋溢，活力四射的面孔，都在感叹青春真美好，我们的老师们好像也回到了学生时代，和孩子们一起，寻找春天的身影，在游戏中传播参与的重要，规则的遵守，团队的智慧和力量！看着他们快乐的身影，不由得想起林徽因的那首诗：你是一树一树的花开，是燕在梁间呢喃，你是爱，是暖，是希望，你是人间的四月天!在我们的心里，孩子们就是我们倾注了全部爱和希望的四月天！

　　We went to Xishan National Forest Park in group to enjoy the scenery, completing the game in one team, bathed in the spring scenery, warm and comfortable, invincible youth. There are parents in the group once said: Spring and autumn outing are the best memories of their school days! Indeed, looking at the children who are full of youth, energetic faces,lamenting the beautiful youth; Our teachers seem to have returned to their school days with children together, looking for the figure of spring, in the games spreading the significance of participation, the rules of compliance,and the wisdom&strength of the teamwork! Looking at their happy figure, I can not help thinking of the poem of Lin huiyin: You are a tree of flowers; You are a swallow in the beam twittering; You are love; You are warm; You are hope; You are the world of April! In our hearts, children are the April that we pour all our love and hope into them!
